Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certification documents and receipts.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid, insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
