We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders over $500. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $15 applies for standard ground shipping.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Orr's Jewelers pieces come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Custom-made and engraved items are final sale.
Can I get my jewelry resized?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most rings within the first 60 days of purchase. Please note that certain eternity bands and intricate designs may not be resizable.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Absolutely. Orr's Jewelers exclusively sources diamonds from suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, ensuring all stones are conflict-free and ethically mined.
Do you provide professional appraisals for insurance?
Yes, every high-fine jewelry purchase includes a complimentary retail replacement appraisal conducted by our GIA-certified gemologists for your insurance purposes.
